THE VENUE
Cross “something old and something new” off your list when you choose The Venue for your wedding and/or reception. This vintage building was restored with an industrial modern aesthetic, so it’s the best of now and then. Featuring wood, metal, and glass combined with natural elements, the space is stunning as-is or can be decorated to suit your style. More than a wedding space, The Venue can host parties, family reunions, business gatherings, community events, conferences, and more! Your event is special—The Venue will make it extraordinary.
THE VENUE HIGHLIGHTS
The Venue is designed with the wedding party in mind. A spacious bridal suite includes make-up vanities for the bride and bridesmaids and an ensuite restroom. The groom’s suite is equipped with lounge furniture, a gaming system, and an ensuite restroom. Adjacent to the suites is a common area for family. The Venue also boasts a fully equipped commercial kitchen and bar area. Conveniently located off Highway 67, The Venue is easily accessible.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Our climate-controlled venue hosts 250 guests. For larger events, the combined indoor/outdoor area can host up to 400 guests. For smaller events, a conference room is available.
SERVICES/PLANNING
We offer more than exquisite space. We also provide exceptional service. Every wedding has a wedding coordinator to assist during the planning, rehearsal, and throughout the wedding day. Your planner is responsible for knowing the order of events, keeping everyone on time, and tending to the needs of the bridal party and family. Your planner will also guide vendors during set up so that the family can focus on celebration instead of coordination.
We also have tables, chairs, tablecloths, arbors, sound equipment, and more that can be priced into your package, and our offerings are expanding every day
WEDDING PACKAGES

- Use of the event venue, patio, or green area for rehearsal dinner, wedding, and/or reception
- The client will be granted access Friday morning at 10:00 am through Sunday morning at 11:00 am
- Wedding coordinator (coordinator expectations outlined in the contract)
- Bridal suite with private restroom (two vanities, toilet, shower)
- Groom’s room with private restroom (vanity & toilet) Designated area for a sound system or small band Cake cutting table
- Patio with gas fire pits outside of the venue
- 30 – 72 inch round tables or 30 – 8’ long tables
- 400 white chairs
- Beverage bar
- Commercial Kitchen for catering (rehearsal dinner on Friday, reception on Saturday)
- ADA compliant restrooms
- Access to The Station and other activities during normal business hours at standard rates (Upper Room not available if it is reserved)
- Access to designated areas of the property for wedding pictures
