THE STATION
CRAFT COFFEE & BISTRO
Begin your Sawyer’s Landing adventure at The Station. Featuring locally roasted coffee beans, The Station is a craft coffee house and bistro where you will find your new favorite coffee drink. If coffee is not your thing, choose from our vast variety of specialty drinks — smoothies, shakes and teas. The bistro offers signature sandwiches, hand-dipped ice cream and gluten-free baked goods to fuel your next adventure.

THE VENUE
Your special event deserves a special space. Sawyer’s Landing features a renovated historic building with the capacity to host gatherings of 250 guests. For larger events, the combined indoor/outdoor area can host up to 400 guests. This versatile space is a stunning wedding venue, conference center, or space for community events and parties.

THE YARD
The most versatile space on Sawyer’s Landing, The Yard is a favorite spot. Grab a coffee from The Station and read a book under a shade tree. Order lunch and enjoy a family picnic and the playground. Bring a lawn chair and attend an outdoor concert. Show off your cornhole skills and compete in a tournament. Something fun is always happening at The Yard!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Join us in Fredericktown, Missouri for an unforgettable day of music, community, and celebration at To The Water Music Festival. This free, family-friendly event features live performances by seven bands, including Arbour Season, The Burney Sisters, and Dawson Hollow.
Make it more than a day — stay the week for our Nomad Round Up, running August 29th to September 5th. With camping for skoolie buses, tents, and other travelers, the Round Up includes community gatherings, live music, and planned events throughout the week.
While this is a free event, we do ask that you get a ticket so we can plan for the for the correct amount of guests. Whether you come for a day or stay for the week, To The Water Music Festival is a summer experience you won’t want to miss.
